Nancy Kelly Weimer is well versed in all aspects of the food industry. She began her culinary career with a wide range of experiences – cooking and baking at small inns in Vermont, working large seafood houses in Key West, busy steak houses and a premier caterer in Princeton, New Jersey. In 1992 Nancy began her consulting services – menu design, recipe formulation and startups of new restaurants. Serving as Food Service Director for New Leaf Community Markets from 1995 – 2014, Nancy oversaw the Deli, Kitchen, Cheese, Specialty, Juice Bars and Bakery Departments. Writing the County Bounty column for the Santa Cruz Sentinel from 2008 to 2011, Nancy’s work has also appeared in trade and local magazines. In her spare time she likes to cook, eat and enjoy traveling.

I was having a late night stroll at the grocery store, which led to an amazing find.  Two items to pick up soon became three when I saw a old school jar Cole’s chili cukes on the shelf.  Sometimes the simplest things are the biggest deal.   Got home and had to stop myself from eating the whole jar!  The low sodium really made the pickle stand up to the perfect amount of chili and garlic.  Just like grandpa used to make.  Thanks guys.

Perfect Pickle
This morning my husband, Loren, and I became part of the legion of fans of your out-of-this-world pickles, having spotted and purchased a jar of the chili cukes at a Mollie Stone's yesterday.  Incredibly delicious for all the right reasons!  We love that it's low sodium, and has no vinegar, and the seasonings are superb.
Definitely a fan!
